Wordpress - Am I Scaring You?

I have had two WordPress blogs hacked into formerly. That was in a time when I was doing virtually no internet advertising, and until I found time to handle the situation (weeks later), these sites were penalized in the main search engines. They were not eliminated, no matter how the ratings were reduced.

I back up my blogs using a plugin WP DB Backup. I will restore my blog to the last 13, if anything happens. I use WP Security Scan plugin that is free to scan my blog regularly and requests that are suspicious-looking to be blocked by WordPress Firewall to fix hacked wordpress database.

It's not unusual for sites to suddenly be hacked by a person today. In fact, even entire domains get hacked. This is the reason why a number of the people who do not know anything wind up thinking if there are any ways to safeguard investments and their sites from these hackers.

Maintain control of your assets - Nothing is websites worse than getting your livelihood in the hands of somebody else. Why take chances with something as important as your site?

Note that this step for new installations should only try. You have to change the table names within the database if you would like to do it for existing installations.

These are only some. Thing is they don't require much time to do. These are also easy solutions, which can be done.
